After applying a configuration change related to scaling, our API server started to return 500 errors for ingest for a subset of the customers and had an increase of ingest latency for all customers starting from 2024-01-04 19:10:30 UTC. The change was reverted and the errors ended at 2024-01-04 19:31:30 UTC.
